Terms of Service

Key points: JAKUU is analysis, not financial advice. Prediction markets involve real financial risk. You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled any time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JAKUU [寂空] at www.jakuu.ai or app.jakuu.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use JAKUU. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

2. Description of Service

JAKUU is an AI-powered prediction market intelligence platform. We publish analysis, signals, and commentary on prediction markets — primarily Polymarket. Our content includes Black Swan alerts (contrarian market calls), Smart Money wallet tracking, and weekly market digests.

JAKUU is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. Nothing on JAKUU constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of regulated advice. See our Disclaimer for full risk disclosure.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@jakuu.ai of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free tier: Available to all registered users at no cost. Access to signal titles, summaries, JAKUU calls, and the public track record.

Pro — Monthly: $19.00 USD per month, billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled.

Pro — Yearly: $190.00 USD per year, billed annually. Renews automatically until cancelled.

Payment: Credit/debit card payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time in the current period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@jakuu.ai within 14 days.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice to your registered email address. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from JAKUU without written permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or republish JAKUU signals or analysis without attribution and our written consent
  • Use JAKUU to manipulate prediction markets or engage in any market abuse
  • Attempt to circumvent account restrictions or access tiers you have not paid for
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of JAKUU
  • Use JAKUU in any way that violates applicable law

6. Intellectual Property

All content on JAKUU — including signal analysis, AI-generated commentary, design, branding, and the JAKUU name and logo — is the property of JAKUU and protected by copyright law.

You may quote brief excerpts (under 50 words) of JAKUU analysis with clear attribution to jakuu.ai and a link to the original. Any broader reproduction requires written permission.

Market data displayed on JAKUU (prices, volumes, market questions) is sourced from Polymarket and subject to Polymarket's terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

JAKUU IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SIGNAL OR ANALYSIS IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAKUU'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. JAKUU IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JAKUU harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading decisions made in reliance on JAKUU content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access JAKUU ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, IP, Indemnification, Governing Law) shall survive.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of JAKUU shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
