1. Who We Are

JAKUU [寂空] ("JAKUU", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at www.jakuu.ai and the application at app.jakuu.ai. We provide AI-powered prediction market intelligence services. Questions about this policy: support@jakuu.ai.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you pay for Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe — we never store your card number or payment credentials.

Usage data: We may collect anonymous usage patterns (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. This is processed by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build personal profiles.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to you.

What we do not collect: We do not collect your location, phone number, social media profiles, or any sensitive personal data. We do not run advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, subscription receipts) via Resend
• To send product updates and new signal alerts — only if you opt in
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To improve our product using aggregated, anonymous analytics

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Technology Stack & Third-Party Data Processors

JAKUU is built on and dependent upon a number of third-party services. Each service may process data as part of delivering the JAKUU platform. By using JAKUU, you acknowledge that your data and interactions may be processed by the following sub-processors:

Infrastructure — Cloudflare
JAKUU is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Our backend API runs on Cloudflare Workers. User data, signals, and account information are stored in Cloudflare D1 (database) and Cloudflare KV (cache). All network traffic is routed through Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request metadata. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

AI — Anthropic (Claude)
JAKUU's signal analysis, Black Swan detection, and chat widget are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you interact with the JAKUU chat widget, or when signals are generated, content may be transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. We do not send personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) to Anthropic, but conversational inputs and market context are processed by Anthropic's infrastructure. Anthropic's use of data is governed by their Privacy Policy and Usage Policies. JAKUU is subject to Anthropic's API terms; if Anthropic restricts or terminates our API access, AI-powered features may become unavailable without notice.

AI Image Generation — Hugging Face (FLUX.1)
Signal images and content visuals are generated using the FLUX.1 model hosted on Hugging Face's inference API. Image generation prompts (market context, signal descriptions) are transmitted to Hugging Face servers. No personal user data is included in image generation requests. Market Data — Polymarket
All prediction market data displayed on JAKUU — including market prices, volumes, market questions, and outcomes — is sourced from Polymarket's APIs (Gamma API, CLOB API, and Data API). JAKUU is entirely dependent on Polymarket's API availability and data accuracy. We do not control Polymarket's data and make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. Your use of any Polymarket links or embeds is subject to Polymarket's Terms.

Blockchain Data — Polygon, Polygonscan, Etherscan, Coinbase
JAKUU's Smart Money wallet analysis is powered by on-chain data retrieved from the Polygon network (via public RPC), Polygonscan API, and Etherscan API. Wallet addresses and transaction data are publicly available on the blockchain. We may also use Coinbase's API for price feed data. No personal data is transmitted to these services beyond the public wallet addresses being queried.

Market & Economic Data — Yahoo Finance, ForexFactory, CFTC
JAKUU retrieves financial market data from Yahoo Finance, economic calendar data from ForexFactory, and regulated market data from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) public reporting API. These data feeds are used to enrich signal analysis. No personal data is transmitted to these services.

News Feeds — Reuters, BBC News, AP News, Google News
JAKUU ingests RSS news feeds from Reuters, BBC News, Associated Press, and Google News to inform AI signal analysis and Black Swan detection. No personal data is transmitted to these providers.

Payments — Stripe
Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment credentials are never stored by JAKUU — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Email — Resend
Transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, subscription receipts, signal alerts) are delivered via Resend. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this purpose. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

Messaging — Telegram
JAKUU publishes signals and market intelligence to Telegram channels (The Surface, The Edge, and others). If you join a JAKUU Telegram channel, your Telegram account data is subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy. JAKUU does not receive your personal Telegram data beyond what you voluntarily share in channels.

Social Publishing — X (Twitter)
JAKUU may automatically publish signal summaries and market commentary to X (@jakuu_edge) via the X API. No personal user data is transmitted to X as part of this process.

Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-friendly aggregate traffic analysis. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint users, and does not build personal profiles.

Session Recording — Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity for session recording, heatmaps, and click pattern analysis. Clarity may set cookies and collect behavioural data including mouse movements, clicks, and scroll patterns. This data is used solely to improve the site and is not used for advertising. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement. By using JAKUU, you consent to Clarity's data collection.

Video — Whereby
JAKUU may use Whereby for embedded video room functionality. If you access a Whereby room through JAKUU, your use is subject to Whereby's Privacy Policy.

Third-party links generally: JAKUU contains links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing personal data.

5. Cookies & Analytics

JAKUU uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not set cookies, does not fingerprint users, and does not build personal profiles. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising network trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. billing records for tax purposes, which are retained for 7 years).

7. Your Rights

Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: You can update your email address and name from your account settings.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@jakuu.ai. We will process requests within 30 days.

Portability: You can request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

Objection: You can opt out of product update emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.

EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the above rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (account) and legitimate interest (product improvement). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

8. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to our database is restricted to authenticated worker requests. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with per-user salts. We do not store payment credentials.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and we do not warrant that your data will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our safeguards.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, JAKUU shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with any data breach, unauthorised access, or security incident, provided that we have implemented commercially reasonable security measures. Our liability in any such event is subject to the limitations set out in our Terms of Service.

9. Children

JAKUU is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of JAKUU after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
